Diana Kim is the Division Manager for the UCSF Health Division of General Internal Medicine (DGIM). Based at Mt. Zion, Diana oversees the academic side of the Division in all aspects of education, financial, HR, operations, and research, working closely with the Chief and the more than 75 faculty to ensure that DGIM is providing high-quality care to more than 25,000 patients, training the future leaders of primary care medicine, and creating new and innovative treatments. She is currently finishing up her term as one of the School of Medicine Dean’s Diversity Leader focusing on staff DEI issues. Diana is a graduate of the Diversity and Inclusion Staff Certificate program and the UC Women’s Initiative for Professional Development.
