Christine Omata is the Assistant Director, Brand Communications in the Office of Communications at UCSF, where she manages brand strategy and oversees development, evolution and adoption of brand standards for the university. In addition, Christine co-leads the UCSF Communicators Network and develops training and resources for communicators to help them be successful in their roles. Christine sits on the Family Services Committee and was a member of the Child and Dependent Care Recovery Task Force. She is a long-time Executive Board member of La Casa de las Madres, a San Francisco-based organization and partner of UCSF that provides advocacy and support for victims of domestic violence.
